Because our services are personalized and time-based, the following refund policy applies:
General Policy
All services-including consultations, wallet setup, 1-on-1 coaching, and workshops
- are non-refundable once delivered**
Digital downloads and educational resources are non-refundable after access is granted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule or cancel any booked service at least 24 hours in advance for a credit toward future sessions.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.**
One on One Sessions and workshops may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice but are not refundable.
